Using Google’s Cloud Video AI API to “watch” CNN, MSNBC and Fox News in a secure non-consumptive research environment in collaboration with the Internet Archive’s Television news Archive, the timeline below shows the total airtime per day depicting them since May 24.

On Sunday, CNN devoted 75 minutes to them, MSNBC an hour and a half and Fox News two and a half hours. Over the past week, Fox has shown imagery of police and military forces at twice the rate of its two peers.
